As we wind down to the holidays…(The Edge closes on Friday 12/19) I have a ritual of sorts. Every year at around this time I carve out time to get things in order. I go through my handouts, manuals, incentives and gift items and update the contents, copyright and often the covers and formatting. I also go through my harddrvie and clear out and file everything away. It’s not my favorite thing to do, butexperience tells me that I will be so much better for it in the new year.

I have spent hours on the phone with coaches who are totally frustrated with their shopping cart, newsletter listserv and autoresponders. Coaches who know that these services are incredibly important for them to master if they want to take their businesses to the next level. Many of them just aren’t technically inclined or really don’t have the time to learn the in’s and out’s of these new systems.
