Ros Null
A native of South Africa, Ros Null has been a world traveler for much of her life, living and working in many locations on several continents – in Israel, the United Kingdom and The Netherlands. She settled down after marrying Peter Null in 2006. The couple stopped briefly in Buffalo, NY where Ros started her virtual assistance business, but have since made Texas their permanent home.
The Edge VA grew very quickly and Ros hasn’t looked back since. Early clients seeking the administrative services of The Edge included professionals in the real estate and film industries. But Ros wasn’t challenged enough. Discontented with the type of work she was doing, she found her true passion when she began working with her first client in the field of coaching. Quickly, she has carved a deep niche for The Edge VA, and she is now known as a leader in the Virtual Assistance industry, renowned as a specialist in coach marketing support. The Edge is now a multi-VA team operated by Ros and her husband Peter, along with six professional team members.
In the coaching industry, The Edge is known for stellar client service. For Ros it’s almost a compulsion to find new ways to treat her clients better than anyone else could. To maintain her strict service standards, she oversees all team projects and provides ongoing training to each team member.
Ros invests a huge amount of energy in marketing her clients’ coaching practices, working hard to guarantee real, tangible results. She has single-handedly taken tired, empty tele-classes and, with laser-sharp focus, turned them into popular sold-out events. She has built a mailing list from 5 to 200 subscribers in a matter of two weeks, causing website traffic numbers to explode.
One of her proudest accomplishments has been the development and delivery of a vibrant series of well-received tele-seminars to help educate coaches in areas vital to their businesses: topics such as newsletter services, autoresponders and shopping carts. This initiative sparked her interest in teaching and guiding others. In fact, Ros now plans to become a coach herself, providing guidance to new VA’s, helping them get focused and find business as quickly as she was able to.
In her private life, Ros is a very well-rounded woman. This natural linguist speaks and understands several languages, including Dutch and Afrikaans, inhales books as if they were air, is addicted to crossword puzzles, practices yoga and loves watching ice hockey (Go Sabres!). She keeps her heart warm by spending her well-deserved downtime relaxing with her husband Peter and their beloved cat, Jack.
